What we collect and why

When you use our quote form, call or message us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, business name, phone number, email, postcode and details of your waste. We use them only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange collections. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We only use Google Analytics cookies if you click Accept on our cookie banner. They help us see how the site is used: which pages are visited, how long for, roughly where visitors are (town or region), the type of device and browser, and how people found us. We don’t use them for advertising and we can’t identify you from them. If you click Reject, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is saved on your device for 12 months, and you can change your cookie choice at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. If you become a customer, we keep records of collections for as long as waste and tax law requires.

Sharing

We don’t sell your details. We only share them where needed to provide our service, for example with the facilities that receive waste, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
