Booking a collection

How do I book a waste oil collection?

Is your phone answered out of hours?

Yes. Our phone is answered 24/7, including evenings and weekends. For leaks and spills, see our emergency call-out page.

How much does a collection cost?

Every job is different, so we give you a free, no-obligation quote based on what you have, how much and where it is.

Do you do regular collections?

Yes. We can collect on a regular schedule or as a one-off.

See how a collection works and our emergency call-out.

What we collect

What types of oil do you collect?

All types of waste oil except cooking oil, including engine, gearbox, hydraulic, compressor, cutting, transformer and heat transfer oils, plus contaminated fuel.

Do you collect other garage waste?

Yes. We collect used oil filters, antifreeze and coolant, brake fluid, oily rags and oily water, usually on the same visit as your oil.

Do you collect cooking oil?

No. We don’t collect cooking oil. Please use a specialist cooking oil collector.

Do you empty interceptors?

Yes. We empty oil interceptors and separators and collect the oily water and silt.

Do you collect from ships?

Yes, at the ports of Hull, Goole, Immingham and Killingholme. We collect from the ship to our tanker on the quay.

See waste oil collection, garage waste collection, interceptor waste and marine waste oil.

Paperwork and the rules

Are you licensed?

Keep hazardous waste consignment notes for 3 years.
